Can you describe the process of ordering with your company?
Our process is created for high quality, speed and the best pricing.
First, the client describes the project that they want to do. Second,
we discuss the options between materials, edge profiles, thicknesses,
and installation. Third, we schedule a measurement at the installation
site and generate an estimate. Fouth, materials are ordered and a
digital measurement is taken for templating. Finally, your countertops
are cut, polished, profiled and installed by our team of professionals.
Do I need an appointment to walk through your showrooms?
No! Our showrooms and slab-yard is open to the public Monday through
Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. You may make an appointment to
meet with us on Saturdays.
Where do you operate?
We serve all of Central Texas including Killeen, Copperas Cove, Waco,
Belton, Salado, Leander, Pflugerville, Troy, Hutto, Taylor, Georgetown,
Hewitt, Round Rock, Austin, Temple, and surrounding areas.
What is your payment policy?
We accept cash, checks, and credit card. Once the order is placed
the grand total is broken up into two payments, one before/during
the template, and the other due at the end of the installation.
What do I need for a free quote?
We ask out clients to provide the general overview of the project
along with personal information such as name, town, state, zip code,
a phone contact, and if known, the name of the stone and the desired
edge finish. We can then process the specific measurements and respond
with an approximate estimate for the job. This information can either
be telephoned, emailed or faxed to us or you can even bring it into
our showroom.
